Wow!

I can't believe I reached my exercise goal for the month a whole week early!! I'm so excited I could dance (if I didn't feel more like just curling up in a ball and sleeping for a week, anyway). I'll have to up the ante a bit for the following month - maybe 25 miles by November 30th, starting tomorrow? We shall see.

I've redone my weight-loss goal. It's obvious I won't be near 195 by Halloween :(. Boo. However, if I can manage to lose 1.4 pounds by next weigh-in I will be a happy camper.
