I'm Lacking

I've not been very good about updating the blog with actual, interesting information other than my weigh-ins. But in a way it's actually a good thing, kind of. I tend to blog more here when I'm stressed or struggling with being hungry. Kind of an outlet.

I have discovered that not eating after 7:30 or 8:00 at night seems to be helping quite a bit. Even though I've only lost 4 lbs in the last month I feel like I've lost quite a few inches; my jeans are starting to get loose, even my favorite ones that were getting tight. So, yay! :)
