Ingredients
1 medium potato (preferably Idaho), scrubbed
Seasoned Salt*
*You can also substitute any seasoning of choice - dill, regular salt, mrs. dash, etc)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice the potato into semi-thin potato-chip-shaped slices (you don't want them super thin or they'll burn). Place foil on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Arrange on baking sheet and shake seasoning on top. Bake in oven for about 20-30 minutes or until dry (they don't have to be brown, necessarily; crispness is up to you). Remove and enjoy!! :) Makes 1 serving.
