Yeah, I fell off the wagon. Big time. I'm not sure how much I gained back but I'm thinking something around 5-7 lbs.

Tuesday I will be going back at it. For now I will be using my FitDay software and walking and karate to get in shape. I might sign up for WW again at some point but finances will have more to do with that than anything. We'll see.

Craptabulous Week

I started off so well this week; actually started jogging during my walks, and was feeling great. I took Wednesday off, as I normally do, with every intention of going back to it on Thursday.

Then we started having problems with our bathroom. Long story short, it took almost 3 days and $500 to fix a problem that should've been fixed 2 months ago when we had a similar problem.

I've been so frazzled I haven't even weighed myself since Thursday. Oy. I did exercise today, though. Small victories. Yeah, that's it ;).

Wow!

I can't believe I reached my exercise goal for the month a whole week early!! I'm so excited I could dance (if I didn't feel more like just curling up in a ball and sleeping for a week, anyway). I'll have to up the ante a bit for the following month - maybe 25 miles by November 30th, starting tomorrow? We shall see.

I've redone my weight-loss goal. It's obvious I won't be near 195 by Halloween :(. Boo. However, if I can manage to lose 1.4 pounds by next weigh-in I will be a happy camper.
